Pepper caster mareblu
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the chopped tuna with mascarpone cheese, chopped anchovies with olives and parsley, in order to obtain a cream soda.
Toasted peppers, remove the skin, cut them into strips approximately 3 cm high and spalmateli with the mixture preparation, wrapping them on themselves to form a roll that will stop with a toothpick.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 240 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 peppers
- 3 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Pitted black olives
- 3 tablespoons of mascarpone
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
