Summer Roast beef
Instructions
Season with aromatic meat powder and oil spennellarla.
Place it on a baking tray and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, spraying it with a little white wine and cooked salandola.
Cool, slice it thinly and serve with mayonnaise mixed with mustard.

- 750 g of roast beef
- Aromatic powder for roast
- Olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
