Instructions
Brown in butter chopped garlic, spinach and radicchio, cut into strips.
Add the rice and toast.
Wet with wine and let it evaporate.
Add the broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Drizzle with more butter and Parmesan.

- 350 g of rice
- 100 g of spinach
- 150 g of radicchio rosso
- 50 g of butter
- 100 cl of broth
- 1 clove of garlic
- Red wine
- Grated parmesan cheese
