Rice Salad (Riso in Insalata)
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water and let it cool.
Combine all the ingredients cut into strips, whole peas and chopped tuna.
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
You can also join strips of cheese or other raw vegetables or cooked.

- 300 g of rice
- 200 g of boiled peas
- 150 g of pickles (mushrooms, cucumbers)
- 50 g of tuna
- 100 g of boiled beans
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
