Cold cinnamon plums
Instructions
Wash the plums, dry them, put them in a bowl and spolverizzarle with sugar and cinnamon; Add a few drops of lemon juice and wine and leave to macerate for an entire night.
The next morning put them in the fridge and serve then to lunch as a dessert.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of prunes
- 2 glasses of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
