Instructions
Put in a shaker (with ice cubes) the egg yolk, add the Brandy and port, shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds.
Served in the Cup after the surface with powdered nutmeg (who prefers sweet will also add liquid sugar).
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 5/6 red port wine
- 1/6 brandy
- 1 egg yolk
- To the surface:
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of cane syrup
