Surprise tomatoes
Instructions
Cut a Calotte tomatoes and cut each a hole as big as a small nut, being careful not to break them.
Prepare a beat with garlic, chilli and basil and just turn Golden in 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bread softened in milk, squeeze it well and add it to the sauce.
Add salt and stuffed tomatoes with this mixture.
Always coil them individually in aluminum foil and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili
- Basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 slice of bread (crumb)
- Milk
- Salt
