Octopus in green
Instructions
Clean the Octopus and lessarlo for 1 hour in water and vinegar with a pinch of salt.
Allow to cool, then leave it to drain, cut into strips and season with olive oil, lemon juice and chopped garlic and parsley.

- 1 polyp of 1000 g
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 chopped garlic and parsley
