Meat patties
Instructions
Pour into a bowl the contents of a jar of 80 g of homogenized meat, add 1/2 egg yolk, one tablespoon of grated Parmesan and a little bit of breadstick crumbs to get a rather hard.
Work with a fork to form four patties.
Arrange them on a plate covered with another and let steam for 15 minutes over a saucepan filled with boiling water.

- 1 jar of homogenized meat (80 g pots)
- 1/2 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of breadstick crumbs
