Instructions
Pour into a bowl the contents of a homogenized meat: add half and half yolk egg, a tablespoon of grated Parmesan and a little crumbled bread stick to get a rather hard.
Work well with a fork and form 4 patties.
Arrange them on a plate covered with another and cook for 15 minutes over a saucepan half-full of boiling water.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 homogenized meat
- 1/2 egg yolk
- 1/2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of breadstick crumbs
