Beverage at myrtle
Instructions
Fill a glass bottle from a litre with Myrtle berries, wash and dry them thoroughly.
cover with alcohol and let them marinate in the dark for 40 days.
The alcohol flows into another container and cover the remaining berries with alcohol; This flows after the same period of slightly squeezing Myrtle infusion with hands and add it to the previous one.
Boil water with sugar, let it cool the syrup thus obtained and mix with alcohol.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 130 cl of water
- 500 g of sugar
- Some of myrtle berries
