Chicken with bean sprouts
Instructions
Slice the leeks and saute with 1 tablespoon oil for 2 minutes, add the sprouts, grated ginger and cook for another 4 minutes.
Salt.
In another pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the soy sauce, sake and 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in a little water, stir and add the chicken cut into strips.
Cook on a moderate flame for 5 minutes stirring.
Pour the chicken with gravy in the pan with the sprouts, season and serve.

- 250 g of bean sprouts
- 2 leeks
- Fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
