Instructions
In a pot put water, milk, salt and bring to a boil.
When it boils pour flush the previously mixed together flour and turn again for 1 hour at moderate heat.
After cooking stir with butter.
Turn off the heat add cheese, stir and serve immediately.

- 300 g of corn integral brown
- 200 g of buckwheat flour
- 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of bitto cheese
- 100 cl of water
- Sea salt
