Cook the raw tanni (Special turnip broccoli) in a pan with oil, garlic, salt and very little water.
If you wish you can add a bit of hot pepper.
Roll out a sheet of thin bread dough (flour, water, salt, yeast) in a pan greased and floured, leaving high edges.
Fill with uncooked raw tanni.
Cover with another puff.
Pennelare with the Red of the egg and bake.
