Pizza with cheese
Instructions
Knead the flour with water, a pot of salt and yeast previously melted in a little warm water.
Leave leaven the dough covered with a damp cloth.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese diced half a cm approx.
Unfold the dough and pizza-shaped stir the cubes of pecorino letting arise out of the dough.
Bring the oven to maximum temperature and Bake pizza directly on the oven floor.

- 150 g of flour
- 6 g of brewer's yeast
- Water
- Salt
- 100 g of seasoned pecorino cheese
