Instructions
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Add all other ingredients and finally the pine nuts.
Above each host pour a tablespoon of mixture.
Cook over a very gentle heat until no stain.

- 12 sweet breads
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of pine nuts
- 8 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of orange flower water
