Pesto alla genovese with the thermomix
Instructions
Add in the Parmesan mug, pecorino cheese, pine nuts and garlic: 30 seconds at turbo speed.
Get the mixture with the spatula and combine basil, olive oil and salt 20 seconds at speed 4 and 20 seconds at speed 8.
It serves to season trenette, gnocchi, lasagne.
Tips: If you want to make it more fluid add 1 tablespoon pasta cooking water.

- 80 g of washed and dried basil
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 30 g of cheese
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 15 cl of olive oil
- Salt
