Pesche alla crema
Instructions
Peel the peaches, split in half, remove some pulp, chop it and put it aside.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, salt and warm milk scented with lemon zest.
Cook the custard until it thickens.
Place peaches in half, sprinkle with the minced meat mixed with liqueur and garnish with cherries.

- 4 yellow peaches
- Liquor
- 8 cherries
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
- 40 g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 cl of milk
