Fish curry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the fish in a baking pan; in a pan sauté onions in hot oil.
Distribute them over the fish.
Pass the remaining ingredients in a blender and then add these to the fish.
Bake the pan covered in oven for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of thornless whitefish
- 3 chopped onions
- 2 chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of cardamom
- 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
