Surprise pears
Instructions
Work the butter with the sugar and almonds until obtaining a cream.
Take two-thirds of the thawed puff pastry, cut into a disk, place it on oven plate lined with parchment paper; above put peeled pears deprived of cored and cut in half, spread them with the cream and cover with the remaining dough disc tug, press to adhere the edges well.
Drill a hole in the center of the cake and place a cylinder made from parchment paper.
Bake 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
