Instructions
Fry over low heat, in a little oil, onion, thinly sliced.
Add the vinegar, sugar, capers and olives; Let stand for a few minutes then add the peppers, washed, dried and cut into wedges.
Cover and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.

- 1000 g of red peppers and yellow peppers
- 1 onion
- 100 g of pitted olives
- 30 g of capers
- 1 glass of white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Little of olive oil
