Penne with spicy green florets
Instructions
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean, wash and divide into florets cauliflowers and broccoli.
Salt water with the potatoes, then add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes then add the vegetables and to finish cooking the pasta.
To Brown the garlic with olive oil then add the chilli.
Season the pasta with vegetables, spiced oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan.

- 200 g of white cauliflower
- 300 g of broccoli
- 350 g of potatoes
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili
