Raganate potatoes
Instructions
Peel and slice the potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
Arrange the potatoes in layers in oiled baking dish 1 alternating with onions and tomatoes; season with salt and drizzle with a little olive oil each layer.
Sprinkle in cheese surface, the crumb and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for about 50 minutes.

- 8 100 g potato each
- 6 medium onions
- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 60 g of stale bread crumbs
- 30 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
