Instructions
Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes after resumption of the boil and leave to cool.
Blend garlic, walnuts, parsley, 6 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt.
Cut a small canopy to potatoes, scoop out flesh slightly and fill them with the mixture.
Place them into 1 greased baking with remaining oil and bake in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes should be slightly browned and tender.

- 20 walnut kernels
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of salt
