Potatoes alla lucana
Instructions
Arrange the vegetables in alternating layers in a baking dish greased with olive oil, salt and Powdering pecorino each layer.
Finish with a layer of tomatoes, sprinkle with bread crumbs and oregano.
Pour over entire surface oil and put in the oven already warm (160 degrees) for about 1 hour.
Serve hot.

- 400 g of potatoes cut into slices
- 400 g of sliced peeled tomatoes
- 400 g of onions into rings
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of oregano
