Batter white wine
Instructions
Place in a bowl the flour, egg yolks, white wine, olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix everything together with a whisk until smooth and homogenous mixture, which you will leave to rest for 20 minutes.
In a bowl Beat egg whites very firm egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add them to the batter.
You can make a sweet version of this by incorporating the whipped egg whites batter 30 g sugar.

- 12 cl of white wine
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
