Pasta e fagioli with the thermomix
Instructions
Add the oil evaporate, the onion (or garlic), pancetta, Rosemary: 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 4.
Combine water, nut, half of the beans, tomato sauce and bake 8 minutes at room temperature: 100 speed 4.
Add the cheese, salt and pepper and continue cooking for the time required for cooking pasta, 100 speed temperature 1.
5 minutes before the end add remaining beans.
Adjust with salt and serve with a drizzle of olive oil extra virgin.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 2 boxes of borlotti beans drained
- 50 g of olive oil
- 1/2 chives (or 1/2 clove of garlic)
- 30 g of bacon
- 10 cl of tomato
- Some needles of rosemary
- 100 cl of water
- 1 tablespoon of thermomix nut
- 200 g of ditaloni type pasta
- Salt
- Pepper (or chili)
