Pasta e fagioli with sausage
Instructions
Cut the sausage into small pieces and Brown it with the mixture for sauce and oil.
Let it Brown, then add the drained beans, parsley and 100 cl of water.
Boil for 10 minutes, add salt and pasta and cook for another 5 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of chicken sausage
- 2 tablespoons mixed of for fried frozen
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 box of boiled beans (400 g per box)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 100 g of pasta tagliolini egg type
- Salt
