Pasta with chickpeas (5)
Instructions
Boil for 120 minutes previously made chick peas soak, then pass them through a sieve to obtain a smooth cream.
In a pan Sauté with garlic and Rosemary olive oil.
Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then pour the sauce in Chickpea Puree, adding water if necessary.
Add 80 g of dough and bake.

- 1 sprig of rosemary

- 1 tablespoon of peeled tomatoes
