Pasta with chickpeas puree
Instructions
Put the chickpeas soaked for a whole night, pour in a pan of water and 200 cl the nut from broth and allow it to cook the chickpeas for about 2 hours on medium heat.
When the chickpeas are tender, add the pasta and cook for about 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 40 g of any type pasta
- 10 g of dried chickpeas
- Celery
- 20 g of olive oil
- 5 g of parmigiano
- 1 nut
