Hazelnut sticks and nutella
Instructions
Do Brown the hazelnuts in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes and chop.
On a surface sprinkled with sugar, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle 30 cm x 20.
Sprinkle the surface with half of the hazelnuts and a few spoonful of Nutella (not too much).
Fold the dough over itself and level it with the rolling pin to reduce the thickness.
Cut it in half lengthwise and then cut into the 2 cm sticks.
Place them on a buttered plate making them sit in the fridge for half an hour.
Mix the icing sugar and the egg white mixture and spread the dough, sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts and put in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 90 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 egg whites
