Instructions
Thaw the puff pastry.
Cut into two discs, and suddivideteli in triangles.
Cut the bacon into strips and sticks the fontina.
Put a bit of one and a bit more on the widest part of the triangles and rolled up.
Must be mini croissants.
Brush the surface with egg yolk diluted with a tablespoon of water.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve warm or lukewarm

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 150 g of sliced bacon
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 1 egg yolk
