Instructions
Do you have on the table the flour.
Mix the yeast in warm water and salt, add the spices, Suet, egg whites and milk and knead vigorously for at least 15-20 minutes.
Place the dough in a baking pan, brush the surface with the egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at medium temperature and cook until its crust becomes golden brown and crispy.

- 500 g of flour
- 15 g of brewer's yeast
- 50 g of lard
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- Chopped parsley
- Thyme
- Nutmeg
