Instructions

Mix dry ingredients, then add the beaten eggs and enough milk to make a fairly consistent cream.

Pour the mixture in spoonfuls on a buttered hot plate or in a shallow pan and turn the pancakes when they start to pop the bubbles.

When cooked, keep them warm in a cloth.

Serve with butter and jam.
