Spain quick loaf
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with sugar with a whisk until you have a swollen and slick; Add the sifted flour, mixing well, then incorporate the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Finally, add the sieved too yeast, mix well and transfer the preparation on a baking tray (24-26 cm in diameter) already buttered and floured.
Surface level and passed in already warm oven (200 degrees).
Dessert, turn out only when it has cooled completely.
