Beat eggs, Add flour and a pinch of salt, stir, then stir in the milk.
Obtained a dense batter rest 1/2 hour.
Work along with the ricotta, cinnamon, 75 g of sugar and the egg yolks.
Form balls, flour, dip in batter, FRY in hot oil and sugar spolverizzarle.
