Instructions
Almonds and hazelnuts to pass food processor, mix with cocoa, then bind with a bit of butter and the egg whites slightly beaten to get a mixture of a consistency that would make it possible to make many big balls like nuts.
Dip several times into sugar, line them up on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, place in the oven at 150 degrees and Bake until puffed and dry.
Serve coffee at the moment.

- 250 g of almonds and hazelnuts, shelled and peeled
- 250 g of vanilla sugar
- 100 g of sweet cocoa
- 2 egg whites
- Butter
