Sea Bream with Mushrooms (Orata con I Funghi)
Instructions
Clean and wash the fish.
Imbevete in milk the crumb of the bread, add the salt, pepper, thyme and two chopped mushrooms.
Mix everything together and fill the fish with the mixture after it has been opened on its side.
Put it in a pan by surrounding her with the bacon and half a litre of white wine.
Serve with seasoned tomatoes with oil and fried mushrooms in butter.
