Soufflé omelette (3)
Instructions
Soak the ladyfingers in liquor then place them at the bottom of a baking pan well buttered.
Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar, mount clear in snow; mix egg white and yolk, then pour mixture over ladyfingers.
Put in oven at moderate heat for 15 minutes.

- 150 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 1 glass of rum
- Butter
