Stuffed olives

Pitted olives with the special tool.
Aside from using a mixer, blend together the soft butter with anchovy fillets until mixture is creamy.
Immediately afterwards, pour the cremina into a syringe and stuffed olives.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of big green olives in brine
- 80 g of anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 100 g of butter
