Instructions
Select the peperoncini piccanti ripe but in perfect state of preservation.
Rinse thoroughly, dry them and remove the picciuolo.
Cut them into slices the thickness of half a millimeter or so.
Put them in a glass jar and cover with excellent olive oil extra virgin.
Make sure they are completely covered with oil.
Close the jar in a hermetically sealed and store in a dry and dark.
Let it sit for a month at least.
Serve over pizza, spaghetti or anywhere you want a touch .
