Instructions

Chop the chocolate and melt on low heat by combining 2 tablespoons of water.

Beat the 6 egg yolks and beat well until foamy soda egg whites.

When the chocolate is warm before yolks then add the egg whites from the bottom upwards.

Pour the mixture into a mold and keep in refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving.
