Cheese mousse
Instructions
In a bowl cream fresh reunite, half a cup of cream and the anchovy paste.
Stir very vigorously for 10 minutes, or use an electric mixer and stir the mixture at medium speed for 5 minutes until it becomes swollen and soft cream.
Check that is sufficiently tasty, smooth the surface and leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Possibly served with toast.

- 3 fresh cheese
- 1/2 cup of cooking cream
- 2 tablespoons of anchovy paste
