Instructions
In a saucepan, bring to the boil two cups of water, add the meat, onion and salt.
Cover and cook slowly for about an hour.
When the meat is tender, remove the lid and continue cooking vibrant focus for about 15-20 minutes so that the sauce thickens.
Stir and check that the meat does not burn.
Transfer (gently, so that they do not crumble when), pieces of pork in a pan greased with olive oil; fry them until they form a golden crust.
Place on a serving dish, surrounding them with avocado sauce; Garnish with tomatoes and lettuce.

- 900 g of boneless pork shoulder, cut into pieces
