Soup of cabbage and beans
Instructions
Saute oil and garlic, then add the tomatoes with a little water, cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.
Cut potatoes into cubes and blend it with the gravy.
Cook the beans and add them to the sauce.
Add salt and cook for another 15 minutes.
Stretch out with hot water and when bubbles pour pasta and bring to boiling.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of clean cabbage
- 200 g of borlotti beans
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 potato
- 150 g of peeled tomatoes
- 300 g of any type pasta
- Salt
