Cold tomato soup
Instructions
Pass the tomatoes through a sieve.
Dice the cucumber and ham.
Combine ingredients in a bowl and serve.
If you like you can add about 2 slices of finely chopped onion and 1-2 chopped hard-boiled eggs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of ripe red tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber
- 80 g of ham (slices from 80 g)
- 100 G = = Cream
- Salt
