Soup barley and beans Diet
Instructions
In a Pan fry in a little oil, sauté without, garlic, onion, tomatoes and Rosemary.
Add the beans with a bit of cooking water and keep it on for 20-30 minutes again.
Cook the orzo separately in salted water (the minimal amount necessary to dispose of nutritional quality).
Go to Mashers or blend the beans, add barley, stir and serve.
Once on the plate, according to taste, drizzle with olive oil.

- 200 g of dried beans
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 200 g of tomato
- Some leaves of rosemary
- 200 g of pearl barley
- Olive oil
