Apples to blueberries
Instructions
Peel the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice, remove the core by expanding a bit hollow; fill them with blueberries, previously made macerate with sugar and brandy.
Put them in a saucepan, spolverizzarle, sprinkle sugar butter, wet them with wine and orange juice.
Let simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

- Brandy

- 1 glass white wine
