Browns at sherry
Instructions
Peel chestnuts and cook them in water and sugar until they will be soft.
Rattle off the plums and cook without them unpack.
Mix fruit and sugar, season it with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 glass of sherry, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.

- 300 g of brown
- 200 g of prunes
- Sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 dram of sherry
