Instructions

Beat the eggs in a bowl and stirring to combine the sugar, then the lemon zest and flour, continuing to whisk long and vigorously.

Grease a mould, pour the mixture and bake at 180 degrees until the surface is golden.

Remove from the oven, unmold the cake, cut it into slices and cook in again until golden brown.
